About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage commercial processes
  • Structure, document and optimize the sales pipeline
  • Ensure compliance with internal processes and policies
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and lead continuous improvement initiatives with the area manager
  • Manage internal workflows (approvals, contracts, compliance)
  • Ensure commercial operations comply with internal standards
  • Serve as the focal point between departments such as Finance, Legal and Procurement
  • Manage and continuously improve the CRM
  • Ensure data quality, standardization and governance
  • Develop dashboards and reports (pipeline, forecast, conversion rates)
  • Support the sales team in prioritizing and managing opportunities
  • Align processes with Marketing (lead and campaign management)
  • Create playbooks, routines and operational cadences
  • Provide strategic analysis and support
  • Monitor Sales and Marketing KPIs
  • Support forecasting processes and strategic planning
  • Generate actionable insights to support decision-making
  • Other activities as needed

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in progress or completed
  • Experience in Sales Operations, Marketing Operations or Revenue Operations
  • Practical experience with CRM systems (Dynamics, Salesforce, HubSpot or similar)
  • Solid knowledge of pipeline management, forecasting and the sales funnel
  • Ability to operate in structured environments with complex processes
  • Analytical, organized and process-oriented profile
  • Good communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders
