About the role
- Conduct structural analysis of communication towers and their foundations
- Prepare analysis reports, peer reviews, and sign-and-seal engineering documents
- Design and review tower structural modifications that comply with the latest code requirements
- Prepare Mathcad and spreadsheet calculations to verify FEA results
- Review engineering documents produced by in-house Engineering
- Assist with the development of policies, procedures, and standards
- Generate required engineering reports for review
- Collaborate with team members and groups within the organization
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or related field of study; Master’s Degree preferred
- 5-10 years experience in telecom tower or mount analysis, design of structures and their foundations
- 3-5 years experience in antenna mount design, analysis and their modifications in RISA 3D
- 3 or more years of experience with A&E project workflows and deliverables is a plus
- Experience with modeling, design, and analysis of vertical structures required
- Working knowledge of TIA-222 code and other relevant specifications required
- Valid Government Issued Driver's License
- Professional Engineer (PE) License required
