About the role
- Responsible for overseeing daily business activities, improving overall business functions, and managing operational strategies to drive efficiency and productivity.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of experience in construction and operations management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis, performance metrics, and reporting tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
