About the role

  • Handle judicial credit recovery actions;
  • Review enforcement proceedings and propose recovery strategies;
  • Conduct in-depth asset investigations of debtors, guarantors and corporate groups;
  • Identify opportunities to reinforce, replace or enforce collateral;
  • Lead strategic negotiations and complex settlement agreements focused on credit recovery;
  • Oversee external diligences, technical travel and asset inspections when necessary;
  • Prepare periodic reports on performance, recovery and economic viability;
  • Support legal management in risk classification, case reassessment and strategic decision-making.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Law;
  • Active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB);
  • Proven experience in credit recovery;
  • Experience with asset investigations and enforcement measures;
  • Analytical ability to assess the economic likelihood of recovery;
  • Excellent legal drafting skills and a strategic litigation outlook;
  • Autonomous, organized and results-oriented profile.
