About the role

  • Lead the design direction for projects from concept to completion

  • Mentor and uplift fellow designers and their ideas
  • Champion inclusivity, ensuring diverse perspectives are integrated into project workflows
  • Continuously seek out and apply the latest trends and technologies in design
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and adaptability
  • Serve as a creative liaison for clients

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of extensive experience as an Art Director
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire a team of creative professionals
  • Strong portfolio showcasing innovative design solutions
  • Proficiency with project management software (Asana) and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Extensive knowledge of digital design processes, digital marketing, and motion design
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, capable of managing multiple fast-paced projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Attention to detail with a keen eye for aesthetics and visual details
