Community Manager

• Lead community engagement planning and execution across key platforms for entertainment and gaming clients, developing voice, tone, and moderation standards for each community.
• Build positive, inclusive community spaces that reflect each brand and IP authentically, and manage onboarding flows so new members have a clear and welcoming entry into each community.
• Enforce community guidelines and handle sensitive or escalating situations with empathy and professionalism.
• Draft and publish community updates, event announcements, campaign messaging, and known-issue communications. Adapt your writing across different IPs, audiences, and platforms while maintaining a consistent brand-conscious voice.
• Support content strategy across Discord, Reddit, TikTok, Instagram, Roblox, and other relevant channels. Collaborate with campaign and creative teams on polls, UGC prompts, contests, and activations.
• Monitor community sentiment and engagement trends across platforms, surface recurring themes to leadership, and provide weekly qualitative and quantitative reporting on community health, growth, and campaign performance.
• Coordinate campaign activations including Discord Stage events, Reddit AMAs, in-game activations, livestream coordination, giveaways, scavenger hunts, and live programming.
• Manage prize distribution, reward tracking, and winner communications across active campaigns.
• Partner with creative, development, and strategy teams to align messaging and support client objectives. Serve as the voice of the community internally, bringing member sentiment and fan behavior into campaign planning.
• Build and maintain relationships with active community members, moderators, and brand advocates across client servers.

Producer

• Oversee incoming bid requests, asking the right questions to fully understand creative, timing, and budget scope before quoting.
• Convert client conversations into clear scopes of work, accurate budgets, and practical schedules. Structure lean, expanded, or phased options when needed and make sure everything being proposed can actually be delivered.
• Build budgets for interactive gaming experiences and branded activations, including Roblox, Fortnite, and broader UGC platforms.
• Oversee the creation of decks and pitch materials, making sure scope, budget, and resourcing line up cleanly before they reach the client.
• Pull in creative, strategy, game direction, engineering, art, and community leads as each bid requires. Know when to go broad and when to keep the team tight.
• Maintain bidding calendars, prioritize an ongoing task list, and run regular status updates to keep every bid moving on time.
• Maintain clear and constant communication with clients and leadership on deadlines, budget concerns, and project progress.
• On project greenlight, brief the production team on what was sold, the assumptions behind it, and the key risks and pressure points.
• Stay current on interactive platform capabilities, pricing trends, and emerging formats so bids reflect what is actually achievable today.

Interactive Bidding Producer

IT Support

• Provide on-site coverage for our LA studio during a short-term absence of our IT Manager.
• Handle emergency onboards and offboards, responding to last-minute requests from the team.
• Serve as the on-the-ground point of contact for anything that cannot wait.
• Work from a detailed playbook prepared specifically for this engagement, with our IT Manager reachable for escalations.
