About the role

  • Assist Sales Executives by preparing sales materials and data for meetings and presentations (Proficiency in PowerPoint required).
  • Generate leads (15% of time) through proactive prospecting via LinkedIn, cold calling, and working with reseller partners.
  • Collaborate with Sales Executives to coordinate efforts on key accounts and share best practices.
  • Follow up on inbound leads to ensure they are qualified before progressing them through the pipeline.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for prospect follow-ups and coordination.
  • Own and manage a personal sales pipeline, from prospecting to close, ensuring alignment with individual and team quotas.
  • Conduct engaging and personalized product demos to prospective clients, effectively identifying needs and positioning SavvyMoney’s solutions.
  • Develop and execute follow-up strategies to nurture leads and move them through the sales funnel.
  • Attend partner and industry trade shows to support the sales team and drive new business opportunities.
  • Consistently meet or exceed individual sales quotas, contributing to overall team targets.
  • Maintain accurate records in Salesforce, tracking all interactions, leads, and opportunities.
  • Use Salesforce data to analyze personal sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and optimize sales strategies.
  • Regularly report on pipeline health and progress toward individual and team goals.
  • Conduct industry research to understand market trends, prospect needs, and competitive positioning.
  • Identify and recommend high-value prospects to Sales Executives and the Sales Director.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in sales, sales support, or business development, preferably in fintech, SaaS, or financial services.
  • Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
  • Experience in selling account opening solutions and related digital banking products.
  • Working knowledge of core banking systems and how they integrate with front-end digital experiences.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
