About the role
- Transform advisor requests into meaningful, multi-channel marketing campaigns aimed at winning new clients.
- Plan and manage the marketing budget allocated to each advisor, ensuring effective and efficient use of resources.
- Develop and implement customized marketing strategies for individual advisors, including but not limited to digital marketing, social media, email campaigns, and events.
- Monitor and manage campaign timelines to ensure timely execution and delivery of marketing initiatives.
- Measure and analyze the results of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with advisors to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring that marketing efforts are aligned with their goals.
- Maintain detailed records of campaign performance and budget utilization.
- Work closely with your internal marketing colleagues and the operations team to align on overall strategy and objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within a financial services or start-up
- Strong understanding of various marketing channels, including digital, social media, email, and events.
- Proficiency in using marketing tools and platforms like HubSpot, project management tools, and social media management tools.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure and report on campaign performance.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
