About the role
- Build relationships with potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
- Manage the sales and follow-up process, maintaining a comprehensive database of prospects and clients.
- Conduct well-prepared face-to-face and virtual meetings with decision-makers, ensuring effective communication and understanding of client needs.
- Develop business proposals and contracts to increase revenue from clients.
- Negotiate bill rates and terms to maximize profitability.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of all company products to educate customers on their benefits.
- Travel within the sales territory to meet prospects and customers.
- Sell the company’s products to customers within the assigned territory.
- Maintain accurate records of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and manage the client database.
- Attend networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.
- Ensure client needs are met by understanding requirements, prioritizing them, and seeking feedback on company performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Business Administration
- Proven sales experience and a track record of success (3-4 years)
- Intuitive and insightful, particularly in understanding human behavior
- Excellent networking and communication skills
- Resourceful individual with outstanding research skills
