About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Proactively source and recruit experienced professionals through LinkedIn Recruiter/Sales Navigator, job boards, networking groups, and industry associations
  • Execute targeted outreach campaigns to engage high-level profiles, including Business Owners, Independent Consultants, Commercial Insurance Producers, Financial Advisors, CPAs, and Senior Executives
  • Build, nurture, and maintain a robust, active pipeline of prospective candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle
  • Conduct initial qualification calls, thorough talent assessments, and interviews
  • Evaluate candidates based on professional experience, leadership background, network strength, and their suitability for relationship-driven business development opportunities
  • Coordinate multi-stage interview scheduling and manage all follow-up tracking activities
  • Guide successful candidates seamlessly through the onboarding, documentation, and system activation processes
  • Coordinate background checks, verify required documentation, and ensure all onboarding milestones are met on schedule
  • Act as the primary point of contact to deliver an exceptional candidate experience during their onboarding journey
  • Manage data integrity, candidate pipelines, and tracking notes within CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, GoHighLevel)
  • Track and update core recruiting KPIs, conversion metrics, and performance summaries
  • Identify opportunities for workflow automation and pipeline efficiency enhancements

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • A 4-Year Bachelor's degree is preferable (preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field)
  • 3+ years of dedicated experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, executive search, or business development recruitment
  • Proven experience attracting and evaluating experienced professionals, executives, independent contractors, or producers whose success relies heavily on networking and relationship building
  • Prior hands-on experience using LinkedIn Recruiter or LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Salesforce, or similar) and workflow automation tools (Zapier)
  • Prior experience supporting U.S.-based organizations is highly preferred
  • Exceptional spoken and written English communication and negotiation skills
  • Extreme attention to detail, stellar organizational and pipeline management abilities, and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset
