About the role

  • Design, build, and deploy AI-driven systems rapidly across the Actionstep (CRM), Microsoft 365, and QuickBooks ecosystems.
  • Identify and eliminate inefficiencies by designing end-to-end workflows (Intake → Drafting → Signing → Funding).
  • Utilize APIs, low-code/no-code tools (Zapier, Make), and custom scripting to connect disparate platforms.
  • Implement human-in-the-loop validation systems to ensure legal accuracy, compliance, and ethical standards while reducing AI hallucinations.
  • Develop real-time dashboards for leadership to track KPIs such as revenue, conversion likelihood, and marketing ROI.
  • Partner with attorneys, paralegals, and marketing teams to translate operational needs into technical solutions.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years in AI development, automation, or systems engineering.
  • Proven track record of building and integrating AI-driven business solutions.
  • Preferred: Experience in LegalTech, FinTech, or professional services.
  • Preferred: Familiarity with Actionstep, Wealth Docx, or similar legal platforms.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or equivalent hands-on experience building AI systems.
