About the role

  • Ensure compliance with applicable US or Canadian employment laws and internal HR policies
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation
  • Support onboarding, employee lifecycle management, and HR operations processes

Requirements

  • 3 years of experience in HR and Payroll Compliance within US or Canada
  • Strong understanding of: US labor laws and payroll regulations or Canadian employment standards and payroll compliance
  • Demonstrated experience in: Employee records management Benefits administration Claims tracking and documentation Payroll compliance processes
  • Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Experience with HRIS and payroll systems preferred
  • Professional HR certifications such as SHRM, CIPD, or equivalent
