About the role

  • Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns for home services businesses.
  • Build complete Google Ads strategies, including account structure, keyword research, bidding strategies, and budget allocation.
  • Lead search-first campaign execution; manage Local Services Ads (LSAs) where applicable.
  • Continuously monitor performance and optimize for cost per lead (CPL), lead quality, and conversion rates.
  • Write high-converting Google Ads copy aligned with local and service-based search intent.
  • Write and edit landing page copy focused on lead generation and user intent.
  • Provide strategic input on landing page design, including UX, layout, CTAs, form flow, and messaging hierarchy.
  • Apply conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles to improve funnel performance.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance, identifying insights and opportunities for improvement.
  • Prepare clear, actionable performance reports for clients.
  • Participate in client meetings and strategy calls to review results, explain insights, and recommend next steps.
  • Communicate proactively with clients, providing transparency and strategic guidance.

Requirements

  • Proven, hands-on experience managing PPC campaigns specifically for home services businesses (required).
  • Strong expertise in Google Ads, with a focus on Search campaigns; LSAs experience is a plus.
  • Excellent copywriting skills for both ads and landing pages.
  • Conversion-focused mindset with a strong understanding of funnels, buyer intent, and local search behavior.
  • Fluent English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable leading client calls and presenting strategy over Zoom.
  • Ability to own campaign strategy and make data-driven recommendations—not just execute tasks.
  • Highly organized, reliable, responsive, and accountable.
