About the role
- Execute revenue-generating activities including outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and follow-up outreach.
- Reach out to, engage, and convert prospects into qualified opportunities before transitioning them to Account Managers or Business Development Managers.
- Support renewal preparation, usage expansion campaigns, and identification of upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Manage outbound cadences using Salesforce and other sales engagement tools in line with defined SOPs and KPIs.
- Enroll contacts into sales campaigns or sequences and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Conduct account and prospect research to identify whitespace, client needs, and sales opportunities.
- Maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date records in Salesforce CRM.
- Track sales activities, lead status, bookings, and pipeline movement.
- Monitor KPIs such as outbound activity, meetings booked, lead quality, conversion rates, and follow-up compliance.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on lead generation, pipeline performance, and sales activity for management.
- Ensure CRM workflows, automations, and data hygiene standards are consistently followed.
- Serve as a key point of contact for assigned clients and prospects.
- Engage with clients to understand workflows, uncover unmet needs, and support solution positioning.
- Coordinate with internal sales team to ensure smooth execution of client and sales initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
- 2+ year of experience in sales enablement, sales support, customer success, virtual assistance, or client services.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM (required).
- Strong interest in sales, client engagement, and commercial operations.
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
- Comfortable with outbound calling, follow-ups, and prospect engagement.
