Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience as an IT Recruiter or Technical Recruiter.
- Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
