About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Maintain and organize sales content in enablement platforms like Highspot.
  • Assist in the curation and governance of sales playbooks, battlecards, and training materials.
  • Support content governance and lifecycle management, ensuring that outdated resources are archived or updated.
  • Assist in the execution of new hire onboarding programs.
  • Coordinate and support ongoing training sessions, sales bootcamps, and role-based enablement programs.
  • Track training completion rates and maintain dashboards to ensure high engagement.
  • Serve as a first point of contact for sales reps needing assistance with enablement tools.
  • Manage scheduling and logistics for enablement programs and sales training sessions.
  • Track and report on enablement metrics, including training completion rates and content engagement.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5 years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, marketing, and/or training & development.
  • Experience working with sales enablement tools (e.g., Highspot, Showpad, or similar) and CRM systems like Salesforce.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear, structured training and enablement content.
  • Analytical mindset, with experience tracking enablement KPIs, reporting on program effectiveness, and driving data-driven improvements.
  • Self-starter mentality, capable of working independently while effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience working in B2B SaaS, cybersecurity, or technology sales environments is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Command of the Message and/or MEDDPICC methodologies is a plus.
