Supports implementation and operational activities within the Saviynt IGA platform
Focuses on configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and day-to- day platform support under the guidance of a Senior Architect or Technical Lead
Acts as frontline support during implementation and post go-live stabilization, helping ensure identity processes function smoothly for business users and IT teams
Configure Saviynt modules based on approved designs
Support deployment activities across development, test, and production environments
Troubleshoot common platform issues including certification errors, provisioning failures, and workflow delays
Assist with minor enhancements and configuration optimizations and support periodic access review campaigns and audit activities.

Requirements

U.S. Citizenship: Applicants must be United States citizens.
2–4 years of experience with Saviynt or similar IGA platforms.
Hands-on experience with Saviynt UI and configuration modules
Workflow execution and basic rule logic
Understanding of IAM concepts: Access provisioning, Role-based access, Certifications and audits
Ability to follow detailed technical designs and implementation plans.
Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications: Saviynt L100/L200 certification or equivalent experience, Experience supporting enterprise IGA implementations, Basic scripting or API familiarity, Exposure to cloud identity platforms (Azure AD, AWS IAM, etc.), Experience working in regulated or compliance-driven environments.
