About the role
- Plan, coordinate, and execute a diverse mix of high-value in-person events
- Partner with Demand Generation to drive awareness and attendance
- Work with Marketing Operations to ensure leads are properly captured, tracked, and integrated into HubSpot and Salesforce
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with field sales teams
- Collaborate with PR and Product Marketing to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment
- Track, analyze, and report on program performance to continuously optimize and prove measurable ROI in pipeline and revenue
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in field marketing, demand generation, or event management
- Strong project management skills
- Familiarity with event platforms, marketing automation tools (like HubSpot), and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Willing to travel up to 25% for essential event execution
