About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage and evolve deployment infrastructure on Vercel and CI/CD pipelines
  • Implement and maintain observability with logs, metrics and alerts using Sentry and Grafana
  • Ensure availability, performance and security of production and staging environments
  • Support the development team in troubleshooting incidents
  • Manage environment variables, secrets and external integrations, including cron jobs and webhooks
  • Plan and execute functional, regression and exploratory tests for the iOS/Android app and web dashboard
  • Create and maintain test cases and acceptance criteria using BDD
  • Implement and improve automated E2E and/or integration tests
  • Identify, document and track bugs through resolution
  • Collaborate with Development and Product to refine stories, ensuring testability

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience with cloud infrastructure, including Vercel, AWS or GCP
  • Knowledge of CI/CD, such as GitHub Actions or similar
  • Experience with observability tools like Sentry, Grafana, Datadog or similar
  • Knowledge of Node.js/TypeScript for application debugging
  • Experience with incident management and monitoring routines
  • Experience with Next.js/Vercel specifically (desirable)
  • Knowledge of relational databases such as PostgreSQL (desirable)
  • Experience in high-availability e‑commerce environments (desirable)
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Availability for hybrid work in São Paulo, 2–3 times per week
