About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Plan and execute functional, regression and exploratory tests on the app (iOS/Android) and the web dashboard
Create and maintain test cases and acceptance criteria (BDD: Given/When/Then)
Implement and evolve automated tests (E2E and/or integration)
Identify, document and track bugs through to resolution
Collaborate with Development and Product teams during story refinement to ensure testability

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience testing mobile applications (React Native or native iOS/Android)
Knowledge of automated testing frameworks (Detox, Playwright, Cypress or similar)
Experience with agile methodologies and writing acceptance criteria in BDD
Familiarity with bug/ticket management tools (Jira)
Solid experience with PostgreSQL in production environments
Knowledge of modern ORMs (Prisma, TypeORM or similar)
Experience with performance tuning and query optimization
Knowledge of backup and disaster recovery strategies
Bachelor's degree
Availability for occasional additional hours (time bank)
Desirable: experience with API testing (tRPC, REST)
Desirable: basic SQL knowledge for data validation
Desirable: experience working in e-commerce/retail teams
Desirable: hands-on experience with Prisma
Desirable: familiarity with cloud environments (Vercel, AWS RDS, Neon or similar)
Desirable: experience with high-transaction e-commerce/retail databases
