About the role
- Management of the annual, integrated legacy giving/bequest marketing campaigns (print, social media advertising, DRTV – Direct Response TV, events, SEA (Search Engine Advertising), SEO, etc.) including strategy, budgeting, coordination of agencies, review of proposals and creative materials, and preparation of decision-making
- Contribute to the strategic development of the online presence and digital donor communications in the area of legacy giving
- Plan, implement, evaluate and refine target-group appropriate measures in social media, landing pages, video, email and direct marketing
- Oversee digital community management
- Create automated donor journeys
- Support the organization and execution of events (digital and in-person)
- Coordinate internal interfaces and external service providers
- Support the planning, execution and follow-up of telemarketing campaigns
- Maintain the database
- Prepare or support data and potential analyses
Requirements
- A completed university degree in marketing, nonprofit management or a comparable qualification
- At least 3–5 years of professional experience
- Enjoy communicating and comfortable with direct contact with people
- Very good project management skills
- Confident use of common MS Office programs and initial, relevant work experience in CRM/database maintenance (Salesforce knowledge is an advantage)
- Experience with website maintenance (WordPress and TYPO3) is a plus
- A working style characterized by accuracy, thoroughness and concentration
- Independent, reliable and responsible
- Very good German and English skills (spoken and written)
- Interest in humanitarian and international development topics
