About the role

  • Managing cross-media fundraising campaigns, e.g., our end-of-year campaign, including budget responsibility and coordination of agencies and service providers
  • Developing effective fundraising measures based on personas and audience analyses
  • Identifying and testing new acquisition channels for individual donations (online and offline)
  • Data-driven analyses, reporting and continuous optimization of ongoing measures
  • Creating and optimizing landing pages in Typo3, including copywriting and image adjustments
  • Close collaboration with our Brand and Content unit and international colleagues across the Save the Children network

Requirements

  • Degree or vocational qualification in marketing, fundraising, communications, or equivalent qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in fundraising, online marketing, or media
  • Experience managing external service providers, agencies and budgets
  • Strong copywriting skills, a good eye for effective imagery and conversion logic
  • Enthusiasm for data-driven optimization and testing
  • Structured, proactive and independent working style
  • Team-oriented, strong communicator and comfortable working closely with other departments
  • Flexible, positive and solution-focused mindset
  • Very good spoken and written German and English
