About the role
- Provide technical leadership to a small team of 2–3 employees with potential for further expansion
- Identify, secure and develop new relationships with public figures and content creators to strengthen brand awareness in Germany
- Create and implement a tailored offering and engagement portfolio (e.g., campaigns, programs, events)
- Implement the SCDE concept for collaboration with this specialised target group
- Act as the central coordination and advisory hub for the organisation for this area of expertise
- Manage, evaluate and optimise acquisition, retention, development and reactivation measures
- Hold budget responsibility for managing revenues and expenditures in the Public Figures & Content Creators area
Requirements
- Successfully completed university degree and 5–7 years of relevant professional experience working effectively with comparable target groups
- Creativity, experience and talent for building and expanding this area of expertise
- Enthusiasm, courage and confidence for new initiatives, with the ability to pave the way to demonstrable success
- Strong service orientation, persuasive skills and a confident, professional and engaging presence
- High appreciation for the uniqueness of each contact, strong curiosity about people and a preference for personal communication
- Strong qualitative project management skills, cross‑functional/interface competencies and process orientation
- Alignment with Save the Children’s vision, mission and goals
- Willingness to travel within Germany for in-person meetings and encounters
- Very good German and English skills, written and spoken
