About the role
- Support for the Head of Human Resources: scheduling and pre- and post-meeting preparation
- Assist HR management in day-to-day operations
- Participant and training management
- Management of the training/learning email inbox
- Documentation of all training activities
- Conduct research and prepare presentations, templates and analyses (e.g., statistics, reports, fact sheets, summaries, etc.)
- Support in shaping all areas of people development and in further developing measures and tools
- Support in designing training offerings
- Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative learning formats, especially digital formats
Requirements
- Completed vocational training/advanced qualification/university degree or comparable experience, e.g., in business administration, human resources or people development
- Relevant professional experience in an assistant role, HR and/or project management
- Strong coordination and organizational skills; ideally experience with tools for interactive facilitation of virtual, hybrid and in-person events
- Excellent MS Office skills (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Business-fluent German and English, both written and spoken
- Good, empathetic communication skills
- High degree of loyalty, integrity and discretion
- Reliable, careful and detail-oriented working style and an open, constructive approach to differing interests and challenging situations
- Commitment, quick comprehension and a flexible mindset
