About the role

  • Develop and execute channel marketing strategies and business plans
  • Work closely with industry partners, buying groups and other trade associations
  • Hire, lead and coach high-performing field and channel marketing team members
  • Partner closely with sales leadership to monitor and report success across channels
  • Understand market dynamics and industry trends to position the Savant brand
  • Support sales teams from all channels in development and execution of field activities
  • Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline
  • 10+ years of technical sales and B-to-B marketing
  • Strong analytical capabilities to interpret data and measure program effectiveness
  • Ability to develop and execute short- and long-term strategies
  • Strong knowledge of channel sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques
  • Experience building strong, collaborative relationships with sales teams
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent computer skills, including programming experience, Keynote proficiency, iPad/iPhone applications, webinar platforms
  • Ability to analyze and adapt business priorities
  • Self-motivated with an engaging level of enthusiasm
  • Ability to work a variable schedule with extensive quarterly/monthly travel
  • Experience with ERP and customer relationship management software
