About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Development, maintenance, interpretation, and optimization of OT systems, processes, and procedures
Performance/support and procedural interpretation of reviews and assessments, including causal analysis and corrective action development, to ensure compliance with Site/Company level procedures and DOE Orders
Enabling the acceleration of optimization activities to support the SRMC missions and objectives
Alignment of a common set of procedures and practices across SRMC facilities to maximize efficiency
Implementation of regulatory changes
Maintenance of OT software configuration management systems
Other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need

BS Degree in Engineering from an accredited college or university with relevant professional engineering experience
Experience in leading and managing complex technical teams and projects
Experience within the DOE complex working with DOE Orders and procedural compliance
Working knowledge of Software Quality Assurance and engineering standards, specifically ASME NQA-1
Ability to interface effectively with various clients, cross-disciplinary departments, support organizations, and management, and periodically with outside stakeholders/organizations (e.g. DOE, regulators, affiliates, companies)
Good organizational and communication skills. Ability to express ideas concisely and clearly, both verbally and in writing.
