About the role

  • Provide support to Savannah River Mission Completion (SRMC) as an Electrical Engineering or Industrial Engineering Intern
  • Assist in drafting and updating procedures related to electrical temporary modifications for facility outages
  • Collaborate with outage coordinators to ensure procedures align with operational requirements and safety standards
  • Gather input from various stakeholders to enhance documentation accuracy and usability
  • Support the Integration Director with additional activities as assigned, including special projects and process improvement initiatives
  • Participate in meetings and contribute to team discussions regarding outage planning and execution

Requirements

  • Enrolled as a full-time student at an accredited four-year university
  • Currently working towards a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a related technical field
  • Must have completed their Sophomore year.
  • Must pass General Employment Training (GET)
  • Must pass Drug and Alcohol Testing (DAT)
