About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the Site Construction Team, Home Office Engineering team, Site Engineering Team, and Field Personnel
- Provide weekly construction progress measurements utilizing cloud-based progress management software
- Maintain tracking system reflecting current project budgets and accommodate for scope changes
- Maintain project drawing set showing up-to-date revisions and progress mark-ups
- Assist project management staff with work package development as needed
- Interface with project control staff for updating client and internal project reports, and schedule progress
- Ensure IFC Quantities are developed and reported to Project Controls
- Develop extensive knowledge of project scope, assist in maintaining control of budget and any deviations
- Work with estimating team to develop labor estimates and load into project tracking system
- Provide periodic audits of site construction progress
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Engineering, or Construction Management
- Strong computer skills, with proficiency in MS Excel
- Exposure to or basic understanding of multi-discipline construction concepts preferred
- Familiarity with construction progress measurement and reporting methods is a plus
- Interest in learning about site work, concrete installation techniques, structural steel installation, piping systems, electrical systems, and process control systems
- Understanding of construction industry practices, processes, and standards or willingness to learn
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Professional, ethical, and motivated to grow within the company
