About the role

  • Provides administrative support for field operations

  • Implements office-based procedures and policies as directed by management

  • Assists Project HSE site onboarding including safety orientation
  • Supports Superintendent with equipment inventory, tracking, and coding
  • Ensures procurement of office supplies and consumable materials
  • Prepares all outbound deliveries
  • Provides maps and directions for visitors to the site

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in field clerk/office management in a construction environment
  • Strong teamwork orientation
  • Initiative, communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
  • Ability to work cross functionally with departments and team members
  • Detail-oriented to organize and handle multiple project tasks
  • Exhibit a positive professional attitude
  • Maintain confidentiality and have a high level of customer service skills for internal and external customers
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
  • Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word
