About the role

  • Define the long-term technical vision for critical domains.
  • Architect complex subsystems that serve as the foundation for the entire company.
  • Design and scale high-throughput engines responsible for transaction ledger and payment orchestration.
  • Provide the base infrastructure for Identity and Access Management (IAM).
  • Develop and optimize sophisticated services dedicated to managing credit risk and fraud detection.
  • Actively define requirements and collaborate with stakeholders to translate high-level objectives into actionable requirements.
  • Mentor the next generation of engineers and drive the adoption of AI-powered tools and methodologies.

Requirements

  • At least 7 years of related experience in back-end software engineering.
  • Proven track record of architecting and maintaining microservices in a high-paced environment.
  • Deep experience working with Java and strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS is a plus).
  • Able to communicate in a structured and convincing manner.
  • Proven ability to generate intellectual property and thought leadership.
  • Passionate about FinTech or startup environments and fluent in English.
