About the role

  • Review documentation (such as company extracts, bylaws, and ID documents) for new merchants to ensure they meet Satispay internal standards before activation.
  • Responsible for the Ongoing Due Diligence of merchants classified as Low Risk, ensuring their information is up-to-date and consistent over time.
  • Provide clear and timely support to businesses (primarily via email) to guide them through the verification process and request any missing information.
  • Learn how to analyze corporate structures, identify Ultimate Beneficial Owners (UBOs), and understand the regulatory framework behind digital payments.

Requirements

  • You are completing or have recently completed a degree in Law, Economics, Political Science, or related fields.
  • You have a keen eye for detail.
  • You have professional fluency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of Italian is a strong asset.
  • You are organized, eager to learn, and not afraid to ask questions when something isn't clear.
  • You are comfortable using digital tools and learning new software quickly.
