About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), data processing agreements (DPAs), and standard service/product agreements
- Review and refine complex commercial agreements
- Prepare and submit license applications and updates to regulatory bodies
- Manage ongoing reporting, certifications, and attestations
- Maintain a centralized, audit-ready database of all executed agreements and compliance records
- Act as a bridge between Legal, Finance, and Sales
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3–5+ years in contract administration or legal compliance
- Deep familiarity with NDAs, commercial agreements, regulatory filing structure and intellectual property
- Attention to detail
