About the role
- Oversee the general operation of the Buenos Aires office
- Manage office suppliers and receive visitors
- Ensure office safety and coordinate trips
- Provide administrative and logistical support to different departments
- Maintain a high standard office environment
- Organize and coordinate corporate events
- Assist on-boarding and off-boarding processes
- Own travel logistics for all Satellogic staff
- Responsible for maintaining the office cell phones fleet
Requirements
- High school graduate / Studying Executive Assistant / Business Administration
- Proven experience (+3 years) in similar position
- Excellent English skills
- Familiar with GSuite package
- Proficiency in multi-task prioritization
- Strong organizational and time management capacity
- Ability to spot misalignments in the office environment immediately
- Decision making
- Experience using ERP systems desirable
