About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Extract, model and analyse data from multiple internal systems to support business reporting needs
- Design, build and maintain high‑quality reports, dashboards and visualisations using Microsoft and SAP-aligned tools
- Partner with stakeholders across the firm to clarify reporting requirements and translate them into practical, easy‑to‑interpret outputs
- Support delivery of key reporting initiatives and recurring reports
- Maintain clear documentation of data models, reporting logic, SQL queries and dashboard versions to support continuity and auditability
- Apply appropriate judgement when working with sensitive data
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong SQL capability for data querying and extraction
- Proven experience developing high-quality reports and dashboards in Microsoft and SAP-based environments
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Power BI, Power Query, DAX, S/4HANA, MS Fabric and Azure Data Factory
- Clear, confident communication skills, particularly when working with senior or non-technical stakeholders
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability and attention to detail
- An understanding of data privacy, confidentiality and appropriate handling of sensitive information
- Proactive mindset, with a willingness to take initiative and get involved
- Experience in a professional services firm (Desirable)
- A qualification in Information Technology or a related discipline (Desirable)
- Experience using version control and build tools (Desirable)
