About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the delivery of compliant, high quality waterproofing design documentation across a range of commercial and residential projects
Collaborate with clients and internal teams
Contribute to the development of design solutions
Work under the guidance of senior team members
Use tools such as AutoCAD, BlueBeam Revu and M365 Suite to prepare and review design documentation

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or a related field or relevant experience
Knowledge of AS4654.1, AS4858 and the NCC Vol 1 & 2
1-2 years of experience in design coordination, project management or waterproofing consultancy
Proficient in AutoCAD and Bluebeam for drafting, markups and design reviews
Strong understanding of Australian waterproofing standards and compliance requirements
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage a varied workload and tasks independently
