About the role
- The DAM Manager oversees Toynk’s digital asset ecosystem ensuring all product images, videos, brand assets, and creative files are properly organized, tagged, stored, and accessible.
- This role owns the DAM platform, defines governance standards, streamlines workflows, and supports cross-functional teams (design, marketing, ecommerce, product) in efficient asset usage.
Requirements
- 3+ years experience managing a DAM system or similar content-management environment
- Strong understanding of metadata, taxonomies, file naming conventions, and version control
- Experience implementing workflows for asset ingestion, QA, approval, and distribution
- Comfort training and supporting internal teams on best practices
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate across departments and manage competing priorities
- Experience with creative or ecommerce-focused companies (Nice-to-Have)
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud, project management tools, or content pipelines (Nice-to-Have)
- Experience migrating or implementing a new DAM system (Nice-to-Have)
- Knowledge of copyright and usage rights management (Nice-to-Have)
