About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

You are responsible for the marketing strategy for both brands and will continue to build out our marketing engine
Develop and implement the growth strategy across both brands together with David
Scale paid channels, content, creator partnerships, CRM and conversion
Manage and further develop existing performance structures
Scale marketplaces and retail (e.g. Amazon, pharmacies and drugstores) as new channels
Identify and test new growth levers
Expand cross-selling, funnel optimization and retention
Build and manage external partners and internal resources
Long-term: internationalization, new channels and team building

Requirements

What you’ll need

Several years of experience in DTC, e-commerce or growth marketing
Proven track record of scaling a brand or digital business
Strong in both strategy and execution
Comfortable working with KPIs such as CAC, LTV, ROAS and conversion
Entrepreneurial mindset, ownership and hands-on mentality
Very good German and good English
