About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You will be responsible for the marketing strategy for both brands and will continue to build out our marketing engine.
- Develop and implement the growth strategy across both brands together with David
- Scale paid, content, creator, CRM and conversion
- Manage and further develop existing performance structures
- Scale marketplaces & retail including Amazon, pharmacies and drugstores as new channels
- Identify and test new growth levers
- Expand cross-selling, funnels and retention
- Build and manage external partners and internal resources
- Prospective responsibilities: internationalization, new channels and team building
Requirements
What you’ll need- Several years of experience in DTC, e-commerce or growth marketing
- Proven track record of scaling a brand or digital business
- Strong in strategy and execution
- Confident handling of KPIs such as CAC, LTV, ROAS and conversion
- Entrepreneurial mindset, ownership and hands-on mentality
- Very good German and good English
