About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

You take ownership of marketing, lead new projects, prioritize initiatives and scale them
Expand creator marketing (creator selection, briefings, production, scaling)
Scale performance marketing in collaboration with our Performance Marketing Manager
Build out content marketing on Instagram/TikTok & YouTube
Build marketplaces (Amazon) and new channels (pharmacies, drugstores)
Develop new channels and creative growth hacks
Drive cross-selling between 12minutes and ouchie

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in growth marketing or DTC/e-commerce: you've scaled a brand or funnel before
You think in CAC, LTV, ROAS — these are your daily metrics, not new territory
You get things done yourself rather than delegating
You want more than execution: you want to shape and build, you're hungry, ambitious and bring creative ideas
Very good German and good English
