About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and execute a global GSI partnership strategy aligned with corporate growth goals, industry priorities, and market expansion opportunities
- Translate long-term strategic objectives into annual plans driving ACV and ARR growth
- Prioritize key GSIs, target markets, industry solutions, and platform use cases
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships with strategic GSI partners
- Lead governance and alignment activities, including steering committees, executive business reviews, and operational cadences
- Oversee global co-sell and co-delivery motions from pipeline generation through delivery execution
- Collaborate with sales, services, channels, and partner leadership teams on strategic account planning and joint revenue growth
- Lead and develop high-performing teams
- Ensure applicable security policies and processes are followed
- Drive measurable outcomes, innovation, and continuous improvement
Requirements
What you’ll need- Typically requires eighteen years of marketing, sales, business partner relationship development, or technical function experience within the technology industry
- Eight years of management experience leading high-performing, results-driven teams
- Proven enterprise sales experience with responsibility for revenue growth, quota attainment, and strategic account success
- Experience working for or managing global system integrators such as Accenture, Deloitte, EY, KPMG, Capgemini, or PwC
- Detailed experience in services and consulting sales, including implementation, managed services, and transformation engagements
- Familiarity and success in channel and partner sales, including alliances, co-sell, and ecosystem go-to-market models
- Proven success developing and executing 3–5 year partner strategies
- Ability to translate long-term strategy into annual priorities, execution plans, and measurable business outcomes
- Executive-level influence skills engaging VP, SVP, and C-suite stakeholders
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States or UK
- Must not require now or in the future sponsorship for employment visa status
- Equivalent combination of related education, training, and experience may be considered in place of the qualifications
