About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track project progress.
- Communicate and track regularly on the status of project goals by ensuring project results meet requirements regarding quality, reliability, schedule, and cost.
- Assist with vendor management.
- Assist with special projects as assigned.
- Assist with adhoc/custom reporting request.
- Provide business analysis where applicable on the reports.
- Provide technical and functional support on the use of global HRIS applications, systems, and tools. (e.g., Workday, iCIMS, ServiceNow, M365, etc.)
- Embrace curiosity, passion, authenticity and accountability.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of two - five years of experience in human resources and/or project management role.
- Preference given to those with previous HR experience.
- Demonstrated analytical skills including research, analyzing, and/or reporting information.
- Project management skills, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
- Working knowledge of Workday, ServiceNow, iCIMS, M365.
- Working knowledge of SOX compliance procedures.
- Advanced Excel experience is a must. (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, etc.)
- Equivalent combination of related education, training and experience may be considered in place of the above qualifications.
