About the role
- Contribute to the design and architecture of complex software systems
- Ensure functional requirements are well understood and align technical solutions with requirements
- Solve complex technical challenges as an individual contributor in owned areas
- Debug, profile, and performance tune applications at scale
- Provide technical mentorship to juniors in the scrum team
- Conduct code reviews and follow coding standards
- Collaborate with expert engineers to deliver software solutions
- Work in agile/Scrum environments to deliver features and improvements
Requirements
- 4-7 years of hands-on experience
- Expertise in .Net framework/.Net core
- Proficiency in C#
- Deep understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts and principles
- Hands-on experience in SQL Server, including database design, optimization, and data manipulation
- Proficiency with ASP.Net, Web API/WCF, Entity Framework, Microservices and NuGet
- Knowledge in RAD application development using Delphi (added advantage)
- Expertise with Git and GitHub (added advantage)
- Experience debugging, profiling, and performance tuning at scale
- Knowledge of security best practices and compliance standards (added advantage)
- Familiarity with Azure fundamentals (added advantage)
- Knowledge of Healthcare Domain and Health Information Exchange (added advantage)
- Comfortable working in agile environments with Scrum methodologies
- Ability to provide technical mentorship to junior engineers
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
