About the role
- Provide direction and oversight to cross-functional team members supporting content program execution and guide their efforts through the entire project lifecycle.
- Apply information architecture and taxonomy principles to organize and drive metadata efforts for maximum discoverability and reuse across platforms and business units.
- Establish KPIs for content, work with analytics and GEO team members to monitor and analyze content performance.
- Support AI-ready content transformation initiatives - adopting modular content structures, metadata frameworks, and automation-friendly authoring practices.
- Govern content quality and conduct audits and quality reviews to identify gaps, improve accuracy, and align to content standards: GEO/SEO, styleguides, content templates, and accessibility.
- Work with UX to apply content principles to improve user journeys, navigation, and overall engagement on the website.
- Regularly monitor and review competitors and industry trends to recommend solutions for improving content, navigation, search, and other key digital application and experience features.
- Operate as an individual contributor, leading through influence with full DX divisional backing and support; own the definition of standards, guidelines, and best practices, gather input and requirements from stakeholders to continually refine direction, and drive adherence with assistance from cross-divisional partners.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in information architecture, technical writing, journalism, or a related field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in content strategy, with at least 5 years in roles overseeing large, complex product portfolios.
- Proven track record of developing and executing content strategies that deliver measurable business outcomes and customer value.
- Deep understanding of technology trends, user experience, and content design best practices.
- Exceptional organizational leadership, strategic thinking, and interpersonal skills.
- Equivalent combination of related education, training and experience may be considered in place of the above qualifications.
