About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches

Requirements
What you’ll need- Associate's degree or High School Degree/GED with Technical certification
- 2+ years of proven field service experience
- Experience calibrating balances and moisture analyzers
- Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair, and service technical equipment
- Ability to work flexible shifts and adapt to changing work schedules
- Familiarity with mobile tools and applications
