Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Associate degree in a technical field, or high school diploma/GED with relevant technical certification
  • Minimum 2 years of field service, maintenance, instrumentation, or related technical experience
  • Experience calibrating balances, scales, moisture analyzers, or similar laboratory instruments preferred
  • Ability to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain technical equipment
  • Strong mechanical and electrical diagnostic skills
  • Effective communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a field-based environment
  • Proficiency with mobile applications, digital reporting tools, and Microsoft Office products
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively throughout the assigned territory
