About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

You will integrate new equipment and systems, including qualification and validation, and provide the associated internal training
You will support continuous process improvements
As an Operations Engineer, Life Science, you design and review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for both local and global contexts
You perform troubleshooting and determine the root causes of malfunctions
Accurate and complete documentation of your work is also part of your responsibilities
Participation in international projects rounds off your responsibilities

Requirements

What you’ll need

A completed technical bachelor’s degree with a focus on Life Sciences (e.g., biopharmaceutical engineering or equivalent)
Initial professional experience in a technical environment, ideally in the Life Science sector
Practical experience in process or equipment qualification and validation
Good knowledge of industrial process workflows
Fluent German and English; limited travel required
