About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage all on site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks
- Provide after-sales service for customers within agreed respond time
- Work with the service sales team to prepare the service contract or service proposal to customers
- Produce timely and detailed service reports & maintain a service history register for all relevant equipment/system
- Coordinate with local sub-contractors e.g. plumbing works whenever necessary for certain products
- Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings
- Liaise and cooperate with service support specialist on order processing
- Collaborate with technical team and share information across the organisation
- Develop and maintain good rapport with customers and working colleagues
- Act in a responsible manner to avoid risk to self or to the company
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in Mechanical/Mechatronics/Electrical/Electronic Engineering
- Minimum 3 years' experience in related industries
- Prior experience in life science industry preferred
- Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair and service technical equipment
- Good team player and able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Good presentation and interpersonal skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English & Chinese
- Must be familiar with software programs e.g. Word, Excel etc.
- Possess valid Car driving license
