About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Strengthen customer relationships and collaborate closely with field-based Sales Specialists
  • Contribute directly to achieving annual sales targets
  • Drive the renewal of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for preventative maintenance
  • Review Service quotes to ensure accuracy and compliance with established service-level parameters
  • Identify opportunities for planned maintenance and preparing corresponding service contract (SLA) quotations for smaller accounts and start-ups
  • Actively participate in weekly departmental conference calls and bi-weekly service contract discussions
  • Communicate effectively and in a timely manner with management, coworkers, and customers, including responding by e-mail and phone

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Associate degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of at least 2 years of industry experience and/or technical or military training
  • 3+ years of experience in Sales or Sales Support, ideally within the biopharmaceutical sector
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
