💰 $85,000 - $110,000 per year

About the role

  • Support the Sales organization on existing products through product presentations, demonstrations and application studies, and on new products in close collaboration with product management through beta sites testing and demonstrations
  • Support Sales in the customer process and URS analysis, and generate application trials to help design optimized products in line with the application requirements
  • Assist customers with their first product installation and initial start-up, and ensure the training of the customer
  • Support Quality Department in the quality complaint process by troubleshooting and analyzing customers processes for better investigation and resolution
  • Report on competitors’ products and feedback information to the Application Specialist Team as well as the Products Management Team

Requirements

  • BSc degree in biological engineering, life sciences or related field with a minimum of 3+ years biopharmaceutical industry experience, R&D/PD/Scale-up/GMP preferred or MSc Degree, in biological engineering, life sciences or related field with a minimum of 1year of biopharmaceutical industry experience, or PhD
  • Ability to travel overnight up to 50%
  • Ability to effectively interface with product/project/division management
  • Ability to interact at various levels (sales, technical, users)
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize activities accordingly
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Computer proficient in Windows-based software package including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and outlook
