About the role

  • Design and implement integration solutions based on SAP Business Technology Platform or comparable middleware platforms
  • Develop and maintain interfaces (REST/SOAP APIs, messaging queues) to automate processes and ensure seamless data flows
  • Monitor and optimize end-to-end integrations between SAP and engineering systems
  • Analyze and resolve technical challenges at middleware and application level (3rd-level support)
  • Create and maintain documentation for interface architectures and integration processes
  • Collaborate with international teams on global integration projects

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or comparable education with a focus on system integration
  • Experience in SAP integration and middleware technologies (e.g., SAP Integration Suite, SAP PI/PO, or similar platforms)
  • Strong knowledge of API technologies (REST, SOAP), data formats (XML, JSON), and messaging systems
  • Nice-to-have: Interest or initial experience with CAD/PLM systems (e.g., SOLIDWORKS, EPLAN, ALTIUM) and their integration into SAP – we will support your development in this area
  • Analytical mindset, proactive problem-solving skills, and structured working style
  • Team player with intercultural competence and enthusiasm for international collaboration
  • Fluency in English
